1.2. The Participant agrees to this Policy by registering for the event or purchasing a ticket through our website.
1.3. The event involves active participation of the Participant in the creative process (for example, art therapy), where all necessary materials are provided by the Organizer.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
2.1. For registration and participation in the event, we may collect the following data:
- First and last name;
- Contact information (phone number, email);
- Payment data (protected and processed through third-party services);
- Other data that the Participant voluntarily provides during registration.
2.2. Data is used exclusively for:
- Event organization;
- Sending event information;
- Improving the Organizer’s services.
2.3. Your data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for payment processing or in accordance with legislation.
3. Event Participation Rules
3.1. The Participant agrees to follow behavioral rules during the event to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
3.2. The Organizer is responsible for providing all materials necessary for conducting art therapy, but is not responsible for allergic reactions or other medical consequences if the Participant did not report such risks in advance.
4. Ticket Refunds
4.1. The Participant may request a refund in the following cases:
- Event cancellation by the Organizer.
- Refund request submitted no later than 2 days before the event start.
4.2. In case of missing the event without prior notice, funds are not refunded.
5. Use of Materials
5.1. Materials created by the Participant during the event (drawings, sketches, etc.) remain their property.
5.2. The Organizer may use photo and video materials from the event (including images of the Participant) for marketing purposes if the Participant gave consent during registration.
6. Participant Rights
6.1. The Participant has the right to access their personal data, correct it, or request its deletion by contacting us through the provided contacts.
