Our return and refund policy for event tickets does not allow refunds after purchase. All purchased tickets are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for other events or dates.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or ticket exchange only in the following cases:

• The event was canceled by the organizer.
• The event was rescheduled to a new date that does not suit you.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, you will receive a notification by email or through our communication channels.

Ticket Exchange

Ticket exchange is only possible if approved by the organizer and if there are available seats for the new event. To request an exchange, please contact us at olga.kravchuk365[at]gmail.com.

Guarantees

We are not responsible for any expenses that may arise due to the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, including but not limited to travel costs or hotel reservations.

Gift Tickets

If the ticket was purchased as a gift and transferred directly to you, refunds or exchanges will be handled in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
